Our ‘Walled Cottage’ is so named as it was built within the former walled garden of the main Lodge.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms – 2 twin and a single rooms. There is a shared washroom with shower & WC.

It can be booked all year round, including the winter months. 

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric cooker, microwave, toaster and kettle. A small utility room has a washing machine. There is a dining area for 4 to 5 people just off the kitchen, and a separate good sized lounge with log stove and comfy seating. We also have a freesat TV and broadband WiFi internet.

The cottage has gas fired central heating and a combi boiler for hot water.

Booking Terms & Conditions for Rooms, Steading Apartments, Walled Cottage, and Shepherd's Huts

A non refundable deposit equal to 25% of the stay is required.
 
Full booking balance is due on the day of arrival. Payment can be made by BACS, and the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex.
 
Cancellation Conditions
 
- In the event of a cancellation at any time there will be a loss of deposit.
 
- If the booking is cancelled within 5 days of arrival then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made.
 
- If the booking is cancelled within 2 days of arrival, or in the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) then a charge equal to 100% of the stay will be made.
